Given the notably small distance to the sea, to those intented to get extremely drunk will be given a life jacket with a rope attached to the beach.

How to arrive…

…from the airport of Athens

By train :

Trains leave every hour the airport and take you to Kiato. Duration of the trip approx. one and a half hour.

ATTENTION!!! Due to works in progress, in order to reach Kiato, you have to change lines two times:

From the airport take the train “ΠΡΟΑΣΤΙΑΚΟΣ/PROASTIAKOS” and get off at “ΝΕΡΑΤΖΙΩΤΙΣΣΑ/NERATZIOTISSA”, from “ΝΕΡΑΝΤΖΙΩΤΙΣΣΑ/NERATZIOTISSA” take “ΠΡΟΑΣΤΙΑΚΟΣ/PROASTIAKOS” and get off at “ΑΝΩ ΛΙΟΣΣΙΑ/ANO LIOSSIA” and form “ΑΝΩ ΛΙΟΣΣΙΑ/ANO LIOSSIA” take “ΠΡΟΑΣΤΙΑΚΟΣ/PROASTIAKOS” to “ΚΙΑΤΟ/KIATO”.

By car:

1. Proceed in diection southwest to Αττική Οδός /ATTIKI ODOS (3,7 km)
2. Take the exit K2 in order to enter E94/Αττική Οδός direction ΕΛΕΥΣΙΝΑ/ELEFSINA/ΑΘΗΝΑ/ATHINA (48,2 km)
3. Take the exit for Εθνική Οδός Αθηνών-Κορίνθου/Highway Athens-Korinth (58,8 km)
4. Take the exit towards ΠΑΤΡΑ/PATRA/E65 (0,7 km)
5. Enter 8A (14,3 km)
6. Take the exit for Kiato and successively follow the signs for Διμηνιό/Diminiò (5 km)

Attention!! Διμηνιό/Diminiò and Κάτω Διμηνιό/Kato Diminiò are two different villages!! Coming from Athens, you find Diminiò after having passed Kato Diminiò .

Where to stay

• Lido Hotel (at Melissi) Only two kilometers from Ktima Livitsanou, where the wedding will take place!
• Hotel Fadira (at Xylokastro)
• Triton Hotel (at Kiato)
• Xylokastro Beach (at Melissi) A small note: we have been in this hotel to ask for information in order to rent the garden and have the party there and they treated us a little bit, how to say…like rubbish. They gave us some useful information, but they were not the most polite persons you could wish yourself to meet. We leave the link, just so that you have the option of choice. Anyway, at the end of September, who the hell is going to fill the hotels and particularly at Melissi?!?!?! So, everybody at Lido!!
